A residential unit (villa) in our complexes is available from € 700 per month.
Duration of stay
Minimum stay: 1 month
14-day trial living in the complex
Victoria Lakes possible on request
Included in our prices are
pick up / bring from / to the airport
Breakfast incl., coffee, tea, water (on request full board at extra charge)
weekly cleaning (if you wish, you can of course also do the cleaning yourself)
Electricity, water, TV and Internet fees
Laundry service change the bed and towels 2 times a week
24h medical service
free use of public spaces and facilities including garden pool area, private beach with sunbeds, tennis court
Organization of the move to Bulgaria as well as accompaniment / support with authorities
