Our Residence Victoria is located in beautiful and sunny Bulgaria. Our luxury houses are built in one of the most picturesque areas of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, ten kilometers from the regional center of Bourgas, as well as 5 kilometers from the town of Pomorie, a place famous for its wine production. The Residence Victoria is surrounded by beautiful vineyards, from here you can enjoy a wide sea panorama. Twenty kilometers to the north is the largest Bulgarian seaside resort – sunny beach, as well as the town of Nessebar – an architectural and archaeological reserve, which is on the UNESCO list of world cultural heritage. This area has a rich and interesting history. Near our facilities, archaeologists have recently discovered the ruins of an ancient Roman city on the coast. The climate in this area has been proven to be very healthy. It is characterized by a mild and warm winter, as well as a long and pleasant summer. The area is in one of the top places in Europe in terms of the number of sunny days per year. This is where the Via Pontica runs – the flight route of migratory birds that migrate from Europe to Africa and back every year. Their swarms in the sky during the overflight are an extremely attractive sight.

The city of Burgas has been awarded the title of „Best City to Live in“ in Bulgaria for two consecutive years. Burgas is developing as a modern, time-stressed and extraordinarily successful city. At the moment a network of avenues for cyclists is being built, which will connect the town with Sarafovo, Pomorie, Nessebar and the sunny beach.
